Scott’s approach draws on more than thirty-five years of shamanic and integrative practice. He works with the condition of the property itself — clearing residual impact, stabilizing the space, and restoring a sense of neutrality and openness so the home can present clearly to the people who walk through it.
The work involves setting an altar and journeying to connect with what is present in the space. Most of it is done remotely; the property is met wherever Scott is working from, and the effect lands on the property. On-site work is available when a situation calls for it.
It is quiet, grounded work — respectful of the property and its history. Think of it as environmental preparation: like a deep cleaning, at a deeper level. It supports pricing, staging, and marketing. It does not replace them.
